Some mornings, when I'm motivated enough to work out pre-caffeine, I want music that moves me but nothing too jarring. I need songs that gently stir my mind and my body awake. I made this Spotify playlist of songs that are chill but still moving. 30-minute workout + 6-minute stretch. I like it for a plyo or slower-moving dumbbell routine but you could still do a HIIT cardio to it, I think.
And also, these songs are all just rad. Good for driving & cooking too.
